You may have already heard that DogBoy’s is switching to a new software this weekend. All of our records, reservations, and other data will be moving from our old software to a new, more dynamic system. We’re very excited for this switch, and we hope you’ll like the changes in the coming weeks and months. While our staff has had training for this software, we also will be learning a lot as we go. What does this mean for you in the short term?
- Checking in for boarding or daycare appointments: Some of our forms will look a little different; you can still pre-check in for boarding via the forms page on our website to expedite the process.
- Checking out: We will not be storing credit card information for the time being. We do hope to offer that again in the future, but in the meantime please bring a form of payment with you when checking out. We will still be offering punch cards for daycare, evening dog park rentals, and Charm School sessions. You are also welcome to pre-pay for visits via phone or in person.
- Contact Info: Please make sure that we have all your current contact info when you’re in the office next. We’ll be confirming your current info with you, but we can also now add multiple emergency contacts, as well as multiple contacts you trust to pickup and drop off your dog. It takes a village, after all! We can even add a pic of your dog! You can send one to DogGirl if you’d like!
- Overall: Please be prepared to spend a few extra minutes in the office or on the phone with us as we navigate our way through the new steps. We will do our absolute best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
