Are you kidding me? Have we gotten so lazy as a nation of dog owners that we think a magic pill will fix our fat dogs? Do you know what’s in diet pills for dogs? Let me guess. Stimulants?
I’ve got an idea for you. How about FEEDING HIM LESS FOOD? How about a little WALK AROUND THE BLOCK more often? Could it be you both could use some exercise? I bet the answer is almost always YES.
Your dog doesn’t need a diet pill. Your dog doesn’t even need a “reduced calorie” food. You just need to feed your pup less food and give him or her more exercise. It’s that simple! I did it with my lab Tessa here in the past year. She has permanent injuries to her back legs, and she still lost 16 pounds! Now her chances of living longer are greatly increased – which is great news, because she’s an awesome dog!
