Natasha Mondrik with Christi

Although DogBoy's has been around for  Natasha's entire life, we didn't know it back then.  She's been to other  kennels and frankly didn't enjoy them.  (You can always tell for sure,  either good or bad.  Just observe your dog's reaction when you take  her back to a place she's been before.)  Since we found out about  DogBoy's at the Mighty Texas Dog Walk back in 1999, her demeanor has certainly  changed when she sees us packing our bags.  She gets excited when  she figures out that going to DogBoy's is in her immediate  future!

In general a Siberian Husky off-leash will  run like crazy.  Although Natasha is still independent while there, it  seems that Bart (DogBoy) and the staff have no trouble finding her in her  favorite spots - in the water trough or in the muddy pit!  Although we  always say to give her a bath "only if she needs it", you can guess how often  she needs it!  And when we pick her up, she trots right out to the car  and hops in.  Nowhere else would she do that off-leash.  And of  course, when she gets home, she finds her favorite squeaky toy and then falls  fast asleep.

Although we will soon move a half-hour  further away, DogBoy's will still be the hotel of choice for our  dog.
