DogBoy’s Private Dog Park is open to clients and their dogs only, who have been evaluated and given a behavioral card color designation. Dog Park Rules

Dog Park Hours

1. Dog Park hours are Monday - Friday 3 pm until dark, Saturday & Sunday 7-6.  Hours may vary.  See DogBoy’s website for updates.  Those present in the park after hours without the consent of DBDR management may be cited as trespassing.
2. DBDR reserves the right to impose restrictions on access as situations warrant.
3. Enter and exit the park through the Training & Wellness Center gate.  Close and lock all gates upon exit of property.

Safety

1. Glass, fireworks, firearms, weapons are not permitted.  Alcohol and consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
2. Any person entering the dog park acknowledges the risks and dangers inherent within dog parks and assumes the risk of injury to themselves and their dogs.
3. No children under 6 are allowed in the dog park, unless you have a private reservation.  Children 6 and older are permitted if accompanied by an adult.  Avoid running because it can elicit a negative response from a dog. 
4. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the dog park.  Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior are to be IMMEDIATELY removed from the park.  An aggressive dog is defined as any dog that is determined by DogBoy’s to pose a threat to dogs or people by virtue of a single incident or history of acts of aggression against people or animals. 
5. DBDR reserves the right to prohibit any type or breed of dog from entering the dog park.
6. Only 2 dogs per handler per visit are permitted in the dog park at a time, unless you have a private reservation. 
7. Dog owners must be in the park and have their dogs within view at all times.
8. Dogs must be accompanied at all times by a person 18 years or older.

Public Behavior

1. Crawling over or under any amenity fencing is strictly prohibited, and violations of this policy is  considered  trespassing.
2. If there is an emergency, please call the owners of DBDR at 512-663-7980.
3. Conduct which is deemed disorderly is prohibited.  Please do your best not to disturb the dogs who are boarding with us in kennels or play areas adjacent to the park.
4. There is NO SMOKING in the dog park.
5. Owners are required to clean up excrement in the dog park. All waste generated within the park grounds must be collected and disposed of.  For your convenience, doggy waste disposal bags and receptacles are provided.You must fill any holes your dog digs.
6. Food is not permitted inside the dog park (to avoid resource guarding). Treats, balls and toys are only allowed during private reservations.
7. Gates must be securely closed upon entering and exiting the dog park.
8. Dogs are permitted in the park without a leash, but must be leashed upon entry and exit of the park.
9. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or motorized vehicles are permitted in the park.

Dog Requirements

1. Dogs must have identification, be healthy (no contagious conditions), and parasite free.  In the event of dog bite or injury, the owners/guardians must exchange current tag information and phone numbers. 
2. Dogs must be four (4) months of age or older and current on all vaccinations.
3. Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered, unless you have a private reservation.
4. Weekends are for green card dogs only. Private reservations may be for dogs other than green cards during the week. Owner assumes all risk if the private reservation includes other invited dogs and people. Please see the website link above for details on our card color policy.
5. For the safety of your dog(s) and other park visitors, choke, prong (pinch), spike and shock collars are strictly prohibited. If you use these types of collars, remove them before entering the park.
6. Female dogs in heat are prohibited from entering the park.

Commercial

Commercial activity is prohibited.  This includes but is not limited to: private instruction, personal training sessions, day cares, camps, boot camps, fitness classes, dog training, the selling of goods and services and similar activities, and  violations of this policy are considered  trespassing.
