Group Classes

Adult Class - Level I
For dogs six months or older; multiple-dog homes need prior approval. We call this course Behavior 101 since owners get a firm understanding of how the doggy mind works, why Fido does what he does, and how to change negative behaviors into desirable ones. We also teach the basic commands such as Sit, Down, Wait, and Come and walking on a loose leash in a fun, conversational way. One free day of doggie daycare is included.

Meets: 6:30 p.m. for 1-1½ hours per week for six weeks.

Fee: $250

Puppy Class
For puppies six weeks to three months old; dogs three to six months require evaluation prior to class. The development of a bouncing puppy into a healthy, happy dog is the focus of this course. We cover basic commands, diet and nutrition, housebreaking, and crate training. This is a great class for anyone who wants to get off on the right paw with his/her dog. One free day of doggie daycare is included.

Meets: 1-1½ hours per week for six weeks.

Fee: $200

Leash Walking
A one-session class open to everyone. The goal of the class is to teach you how to maintain control of your dog while walking on a loose leash. We don't use choke, pinch or shock collars. Each walking team receives personal coaching and attention.
