Amy Barker
Amy came to DogBoy's as a summer receptionist prior to her last semester
at A&M; University. After graduation, we asked her back again. Formerly our
Office Manager, Amy has returned as a new mother and Courtney's
Executive Assistant.
Travis Crisman
Travis came to DogBoys in the Summer of 2002. Travis turned out to be a shining
star. The dogs & the staff love him, and we're proud to have him as part of
our team. During the school year, you can see him here on weekends and holidays.
In his free time, he's a gifted junior at Pflugerville High School and he's
a star as well on their football team. He also adopted Jena, our longest-term
homeless boarder. Travis~Our hero!

Shari Elkins
Shari started training owners to train their dogs four years ago after leaving
a career as a physicist on seismic research vessels for Schlumberger. Under
the direction of Lee Mannix, she became proficient in dog talk. She teaches
group classes and offers private lessons. On her days not spent at DogBoy's,
Shari is a veterinary technician, assisting in spay and neuter surgeries at
the Animal Trustees of Austin's Low

Sandra England
Sandra is one of our customer-turned-employees who came from the corporate life
in HR, leaving behind her benefit forms for kennel cards. She is a true Golden
lover, who is great at keeping an eye on the kennel operations as a whole. Sandra
is happy to spend the extra time needed keeping you up on how your dog did while
staying with us. Sandra spends her free time getting her dogs trained for helping
out Travis County's Search & Rescue team.

Rebecca Gage
Rebecca came to DogBoys in the summer of 2001 from Burnet Road Animal Hospital,
where she worked at the front desk. Rebecca likes to work with those often difficult
dogs who have a hard time trusting people. She is skilled in both the office
and kennel operations, but now focuses on being a core kennel staffer.
Stephanie Hicks
Stephanie came to DogBoys via Animal Trustees and our Trainer, Shari. A
true dog-lover with 9 of her own pups, Stephanie is a natural with the dogs
at the kennel, and she goes out of her way to make sure your dogs are getting
the best possible care.
Katy Loughney
Katy came to us as a long time customer who's been here since the old days.
She left the corporate life of business consulting to learn all she could about
dogs. Over the spring and summer of 2002, she became an integral part of our
operations and helped us out in every area of the company. Now working hard
at her new job of earning an MBA, Katy still manages to find the time to work
DogBoy's front desk on occasion and volunteer at the Humane Society on Sundays.
Does the woman ever quit?

Lynne Perry
Lynne is the backbone of DogBoy's kennel operations and is the reason dogs do
so well during their kennel stays. She worked in a photography studio before
leaving to work with dogs which she has been doing for almost 10 years now (she
still dabbles in photography). In addition to her daily kennel caretaking duties,
Lynne helps out extensively with training programs for daycare and boarding
dogs.
Lindsey Peteresen
Lindsey started working for us in the summer of '02, and although quite busy
with high school & extracurricular activities like soccer, Lindsey continues
to help us out during the holidays and summers. She's a quiet one with lots
to give, and does a great job with the dogs. We are lucky to have her!
