Rules of the Game - Day Care

- All Day Care is BY RESERVATION ONLY. We have grown quite a bit and
scheduling day care will ensure your dog(s) will have a space. We are currently
booked up for Day Care about a week in advance.
- First Timers: Your dog's first day at doggie day care may be for
observation only.
- All dogs must have a collar on with a name tag and current rabies tag
already attached. Harnesses, choke chains, pinch, and shock collars are not
permitted at DogBoy's. If you have one of these, please talk to us about
an alternative, such as a no-slip collar.
- We prefer that dogs be dropped off between the hours of 7:30am-8:30am (Mon-Fri)
and 10:00am-10:30am (Sat) in order to receive a full day of play.
- Dogs must be picked up before 6:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 2:00pm (Saturday).
- Day care is ALWAYS weather permitting. If it has rained or is going
to rain, hail, sleet or snow, please do NOT bring your dog for day care. This
also applies to days predicted to be close to or over 100 degrees. We have
limited space in the kennel and dogs with boarding reservations have first
priority to runs.
- We must have current shot records in order for your dog(s) to be
here for day care, boarding or training. These records must include Rabies,
DHLP, and a Bordatella vaccine (to prevent against kennel cough) within one
year of the boarding date. During the summer months, all dogs MUST
be on a flea growth inhibitor and a tick repellent. We don't spray the 15
acres with pesticides, so this rule is for your dog's own safety, as well
as so that you don't bring or take home any fleas.
- Day care is regularly $15.00/day paid at the end of each day you visit.
If your dog is here twice a week or more, and you pre-pay for the month, the
rate is reduced to $12.00/day! Pre-pay at our Dog-e-Store!
