Healthy Pets Are Happy Pets

DogBoy’s Healthy Pet Plan allows you to have peace of mind while your dog is boarding with us. For an optional low fee of $10.00 per visit, per dog, DogBoy’s will cover up to $500.00 for covered injuries incurred during your dog’s stay.

You can rest easy knowing that we will give your dog excellent medical care regardless of whether you sign up for this plan or not anytime it’s needed.  The main difference in signing up for the Healthy Pet Plan is that in most cases, we’ll cover the bill!

In consideration for the payment of the plan fee, and subject to the conditions listed below, DogBoy’s Dog Ranch will pay up to $500.00 for any Veterinary care provided by a licensed Veterinarian for the care or treatment of the boarded pet listed below for any injury of the pet incurred during the dog’s current boarding stay at DogBoy’s.

Items included in the coverage are:

  • Injuries from the property (not resulting from malicious, destructive, or other improper pet conduct)
  • Snake Bites
  • Injuries from other dogs not in the same family

Items NOT included in the coverage are:

  • Ligament or muscle tears, sprains or strains
  • Canine Cough or other illnesses
  • Bloat

The pet owner hereby agrees to authorize the attending Veterinarian to forward a copy of the diagnosis and treatment to DogBoy’s. Treatment must be initiated on or before plan expiration date. Any and all claims under this plan must be submitted to DogBoy’s within ten (10) days from the pet’s departure date. Documentation submitted must include the diagnosis and treatment details and Veterinarian invoice showing treatment date(s). Such records are required before any claim is paid. Once received and verified by DogBoy’s, a check will be sent directly to the owner for reimbursement. A signed statement by the Veterinarian may be required, stating that the injury was not part of/or caused by a pre-existing condition. Any controversy or claim relating to this certificate shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
